Xena nodded with a laugh on her lips, her hand extending over to Dante. Here you go, Dante she whispered softly. But mind you don't go loving me more than Mylex. Don't forget, she loves you more than little old me ever could. She patted Danted on his furry head, hoping he would remember who it was who had taken care of him longer than anyone else. It was just like No Name; whenever someone gave him a carrot, he would tend to favor that other, until he remembered who Xena was to him. They were bound for life, as there was nothing left in this world to bond to more.
Myleeeeeee Xena said softly, smiling even more now that Dante was slightly more occupied, his tail expressing his happiness. Deeeeeeetttttttttttsssssssssssss on what's been going on with everyone. Have you heard from Ma-Xemnas lately? He hasn't come to see me yet... Her lover had been elusive since her return but maybe this incident with her had changed him somehow, maybe he wouldn't be that meanie everyone knew him to be. Xena hadn't completely forgotten about the other resident female Nobody in her room, however, she had been missing her bestie for a while and would return her attention eventually. However, when the sudden squeal of happiness shattered the silence and the Nobody was poof! right in Xena's face almost, she had to smile and make a mental note of continuing this conversation as soon as she would have a chance to.
